By accessing and using the BC Land Server Shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated at any time, so please review them periodically.

2. Purchases
All sales made on the BC Land Server Shop are final. No refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated. Digital goods (such as ranks and crate keys) will be delivered in-game upon successful payment. Please ensure that you enter your correct Minecraft username when making purchases.

3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your account information is accurate and secure. BC Land Server is not responsible for any unauthorized transactions made using your account.

4. Prohibited Behavior
Any attempts to exploit, abuse, or defraud the shop or server will result in a permanent ban. Such behavior includes chargebacks, manipulation of pricing, or use of unauthorized modifications.

5. Changes to Products and Pricing
BC Land Server reserves the right to change or discontinue any products, services, or pricing at any time without notice.

6. Server Rules
All purchases are subject to BC Land Server’s in-game rules. Violations of these rules may result in penalties, including but not limited to removal of ranks or items, temporary bans, or permanent bans from the server.
